MOSCATO
PASSITO AL GOVERNO DI SARACENA |
|
"It is a wine which has
survived thanks to family traditions and tells of a more than 100
year old history of Magna Grecian and Middle Eastern traditions of
the territory in which it derives.
The soft fermentation of Guarnaccia and Malvasia accompanies and
reconciles with the Moscato which has been picked before time and
left to dry up, with care and patience, in order to confer those
features of colour, aroma and taste which render it unique.
It is an ancient process, entirely done by hand, in order to obtain
a refined and delicate dessert wine, which is an accompaniment to
social occasions, parties as well as refreshing breaks."
